Mr. George, CEO & Managing Director at Jacobs Management Consultants, provides cost and program management strategies for multi-million dollar US Federal Government procurements ranging from $1 million to $20 billion dollar contracts. Combined with his unique combination of proven Technical, Finance, Business Development, Proposal, Team Building and Strategic skill set he is an expert in providing a wide variety of consulting services to achieve goals beyond what is required.

Mr. George also has the experience and capability of overseeing all finance, accounting, forecasting, and budgeting operations for small to medium sized businesses, while capturing over $75 billion in federal contracts and maintaining a 90% win rate throughout his career. Mr. George has successfully participated in multiple industries including IT infrastructure; design-build, combined arms support training/deployment, facility guard services, business process reengineering, air traffic management, naval construction/procurement, financial audit, health/human services and environmental engineering throughout the U.S. and worldwide. To complement his cost accounting experience, he also possesses a large spectrum of complimentary experience in program performance architecture development, Earned Value Management, DCAA compliance/audit proficiency, margin & price analysis, competitive analytics, and market dynamics.
